The system your business already runs on, built properly
We design and build portals your clients actually log in to. Onboarding, documents, intake, progress and billing all sit in one place. Every workflow modelled on how your firm already works, not on how software wishes you did.
Two sides of the same system
A portal is only half of it. The half your clients never see is the one that decides whether the first half stays accurate a year from now.
The client’s view
A branded dashboard that shows where they are, what you need next, and nothing they have not reached yet. Documents, intake questionnaires, contracts, invoices and messages in one place, so the answer to “where are we?” is a link rather than an email.
Your team’s view
Internal desks your staff use daily: a client update log, a file review desk, a build tracker. Screens built for the job instead of the spreadsheet nobody maintains and the folder nobody can find.
The automation between
Folders that appear when a client signs. Notifications that reach the right person on the first try. Records that update themselves as work progresses. The administrative work that quietly stops being work.
The handover
A written runbook, the account in your name, and documentation of every field and every automation. A build you cannot operate without us is not a build, it is a dependency.
A client onboarding portal, in production
Built for a certified divorce financial analyst practice. Seven stages, document gathering, a working session schedule and a private team channel, all driven from the firm’s own client records.
Keep gathering your documents
Gathering documents is steady work, not a race. Your checklist in Tasks shows exactly what your case needs and what is still outstanding.

Important dates
Nothing on the calendar yet. Deadlines, hearings and mediation sessions appear here as they are set.

What sits alongside the build fee
Every package carries a $150 per month platform fee from launch, covering your systems and servers and technical support during office hours.
Your first year of Assembly is required and added to the price above: Professional at $1,788 for the year (3 users, 500 clients) or Advanced at $4,788 for the year (5 users, unlimited clients). We purchase and set it up; you take over billing directly with Assembly after year one. Additional users are $39 per month each.
Every package also includes three hours of live training each month for your first 60 days after launch. Additional sessions are available at $250 per hour.
Add exactly what you need, when you need it
Available on any package, before or after launch.
How we back this up
The first 30 days
If your team is not confidently using the new system within 30 days of launch, we work beside you at no additional charge until they are.
No surprise invoices
Every project starts with a clear scope and a fixed price before any work begins. What we quote is what you pay.
“For months all I found were generic CRMs that didn’t fit what I needed. The best decision I made was having one built around my business.”
Three steps, and the first one is a conversation
Book a call
We talk through your business and settle on the right package for where you are today.
We build it
We start with a short handover: how you work with your clients, your forms, your voice and your branding. Then we build, with consistent communication throughout. Two to three weeks, typically.
You go live
Your team starts using it immediately, with training included for the first 60 days.
Start with a conversation about your workflow
45 minutes. We map how your firm actually operates and tell you plainly whether a custom portal is worth building for you.
