Affiant Statements
Bank statement extraction. A monthly subscription, activated on one computer at a time.
1.Using This Website
This website is published by Alto Buro, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms govern your use of altoburo.com. By using the site, you accept them.
Our software products are licensed under their own terms, linked above. Custom portal and consulting engagements are governed by the separate written agreement signed for that engagement, not by these terms.
2.What This Site Does and Does Not Do
The site is informational. It has no accounts, no contact forms, and no payments. Every enquiry link opens your own email program, and every booking link opens our scheduling page, which is operated by Zoom and subject to Zoom’s own terms. Nothing is submitted to us through the site itself.

3.The Content on It
The text, design, images, and code on this site belong to us, along with our names and logos, including Alto Buro, BarLedger, and Affiant Statements. You may read these pages and share links to them. You may not copy, republish, or present the content as your own.
4.No Warranty on What You Read Here
Pages describe our services and software as they stand at the time of writing. Features, prices, and availability change. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a promise of a result. Where a signed agreement or a product license says something different from a page here, that document governs.
The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published here.
5.Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our services or our providers change, and we will change the date at the top when we do.
6.Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
