What is included

The detail behind every client portal build

Everything here sits behind the three packages on the home page. It is on its own page so the main one stays readable, and it is written down rather than saved for a call, so you can read it before we speak.

What sits alongside the build fee

Every package carries a $150 per month platform fee from launch, covering your systems and servers and technical support during office hours. It also runs your automations and the folder structure that builds itself for every new client. Those are included on every package rather than counted against your numbers.

It is the fee that keeps the lights on. If it lapses, the custom services we run for you stop: your automations, your integrations and the maintenance that keeps them working as Assembly and the tools around it change. Your Assembly workspace, your client records and your documents remain yours and remain in your account. You can restart the fee at any time.

Assembly is required and is not included in the price above. You buy it directly, in your own name and on your own card, through our link. Most builds sit on Professional, which Assembly currently lists at $99 a month on annual billing; larger teams go to Advanced. You add us as an admin and we build inside the plan you chose, so the subscription is yours from day one and there is nothing to transfer later. We may earn a commission if you sign up through our link. The price Assembly charges is the same either way. Their current prices, and what each plan includes, are on Assembly’s own pricing page, so you are reading their numbers rather than ours.

Office hours are a 45 minute group session held twice a month, open to any active client, for 180 days after launch. They are not one to one time. Autopilot adds one private session a month over the same period, and Empire adds two. After 180 days, continued access is included with Service Plus. One to one training is booked when you want it, at $250 per hour, agreed in writing before any session.

Your package’s tool count is a ceiling rather than a delivery. You turn on what you need and we build those. The tools we build are listed below, and more can be added later from the a la carte list.

Assembly includes five app slots on every paid plan, and your branded home dashboard does not use one. We build inside those slots rather than spending one per screen, so a fifteen tool build and a five tool build take the same room, and your platform bill does not move either way. One slot is left deliberately empty and it is yours, to spend on anything from Assembly’s library. If you ever want more, Assembly charges $60 a year for each on your own subscription. We do not resell it and we do not mark it up.

Custom tools

The tools we can build

A tool is a page inside your portal, branded as yours. Some are for your clients to look at, and some are for you and your team to work in. You do not need to know what to call the thing you want. Point at what would be useful and we build it.

For your clients
What they see when they log in
  • A page listing what they bought and what is being delivered
  • A guide to where their documents live and what to upload
  • A step by step setup walkthrough for getting started
  • A place to leave feedback or flag a problem
  • A library of how to guides and training
  • A support desk for questions and change requests
  • A checklist of what is left before completion

If it is not on the list

This is a starting point rather than a menu. If what you need is not on the list it is still a tool, and it is still built to your process and your branding rather than configured from a template.

For you and your team
Where the work actually gets done
  • Every prospect and client in one pipeline view
  • A job board showing what is in progress and who is on it
  • Time tracking with profitability per client
  • Revenue broken down by service or package
  • A quote and proposal builder
  • A library of your templates and reusable assets
  • A referral and case study tracker
  • A desk for posting progress updates to clients
  • A detail view of everything held on one client
  • A generator for handover or summary documents
  • A health monitor showing whether your automations are running
  • A readiness checklist before a client goes live
  • A working email interface, so you answer clients without leaving the portal

What it covers
  • One client journey from start to finish, with its own named stages
  • A progress tracker in the client portal that follows those stages
  • The custom fields the workflow needs, added to the client record
  • One set of forms, released at the right point rather than all at once
  • A folder structure created automatically the moment the workflow is assigned
  • Completed forms filed into the correct folder without anyone moving them
Built workflow, complex
Everything in a simple workflow, plus
  • Branching stages, so the journey changes with the client’s actual situation
  • Forms released partway through, triggered by where the client has reached
  • Add on modules that extend a journey later, bringing their own folders and forms
  • Its own dashboard view in the portal, not a variant of the standard tracker
  • Routing rules that send different submissions to different folders

Questions about any of it?

This page exists so nothing on your invoice is a surprise later. If something here needs explaining, that is what the first call is for.
